My name is Stephen Cole and I am an assistant professor of economics at Marquette University.
My research interests include monetary economics, macroeconomics, time-series econometrics, and econometrics. My research topics focus on unconventional monetary policies (e.g. central bank forward guidance), financial frictions in a general equilibrium economy, expectations formation, and adaptive learning. In addition, I am proficient in statistical programming (e.g. Matlab, Eviews, and SPSS). I am also skilled in both Classical and Bayesian econometrics.
